What is TexWorks Lab
TexWorks is the Barcelona textile manufacturer and consultancy that designs, develops and produces collections for brands.
We are not one more supplier you send an order to and then wait to see what shows up. We sit down with you from the concept, sort out product development and manage production until the garment is ready to sell. We are three partners with more than 20 combined years in the textile industry, focused on technical garments and with a track record in urban and sportswear collections too.
We work with brands launching a new capsule. With fabric suppliers who want to develop sample collections. With founders who have an idea and need to turn it into a product that actually sells. Wherever you start, we cover the full cycle: strategy, design, garment making and production management. The same team carries it from start to finish, so you always talk to someone who knows your project from the inside.
A lot of people look for a textile manufacturer when what they really need is someone who also solves the design, the tech packs and the quality control. That is exactly what we do. From idea to production, in three phases

Concept
We define the collection concept, inspiration references, fabrics and design direction. This is where we decide what we are making and why.

Development
Tech packs, pattern making, prototypes and samples. Quality control and cost adjustment before we produce a single extra metre of fabric.

Production
Sourcing, planning, supply chain supervision and quality control until you have the finished garment in your hand.
